5 out of 5 stars the best!   April 7, 2010

The Duwop Revolotion Bronzing Body moisturizer is GREAT! As long as you let it dry completely after applying, it looks totally natural. Not too dark, but yet a nice healthy color to the skin. I haven't noticed the nasty smell I get from self-tanners so I am thrilled with this product! So glad I found it!! I've tried tons of other similar products and this beats them all!

5 out of 5 stars Instant Color is a plus - but you have to know how to use it.   July 27, 2010

When I first bought this product, I thought it was a gradual self tanner. I tend to use a healthy amount of that stuff anyway, so when I was applying this for the first time, I put plenty on and was instantly impressed with the color - very natural. But what I found out, was that it was rubbing off on everything. Once I figured out exactly what it was and how to use it, I love it. It moisturizes very well, and once you learn just how much is the right amount to use, it's great to have at your disposal. I typically use the gradual self tanners, but sometimes I don't keep up with it well enough or maybe it's too soon to actually show some color, so instead of not wearing a skirt because my legs are so white, I can simply use this on my legs, and presto, I have a natural healthy looking color to my legs that takes me through the day. So I think this product is great, but you have to know what it is and how to use it to get the best benefit.

I decided to try DuWop Revolotion Bronzing Body Moisturizer after seeing and reading many rave reviews. Having never found an at-home bronzer I was truly happy with, I thought this might be it. After finding that it was out of stock at all of my usual online shops, I only needed to have it that much more. I finally found it here, on Amazon, through [...].

I decided to try it one sleepy Saturday, when I had nothing much to do, but go shopping. After a workout and shower, I tried the bronzer; rubbed it into every nook and cranny, which took longer than I had expected. I was delightfully surprised at how it camouflaged my tan lines and provided a uniform, natural looking, beautiful bronze color. I read the instructions well, and saw that I must let it absorb before dressing. I did just that, and even waited a little longer.

I eventually got dressed and went shopping. I kept catching myself in reflections and liked the way I looked. My face, my arms, and chest still looked good and I was glowing. When I started trying on clothes at the store, I noted that it began to smell like every other home bronzer on the market. It's a distinctive smell, that does NOT get better as the day progresses. Once, at work, a co-worker asked me if I smelled "Egg McMuffins?" We confirmed it was the tanning lotion I had used that morning, after she smelled my arm! So, naturally, I hate that smell.

Also, I noticed that the color rubbed off on a shirt I tried on, and I immediately got dressed so as to not ruin anything else. Before bed, I took off the white tank top I was wearing, only to find that I had completely ruined it with streak after streak of the bronzer that had rubbed off on the inside of the shirt.

I am positive I waited long enough before I dressed, but perhaps because I had worked out that morning, I was not able to fully absorb the bronzer.

So, all in all, it rubs in to an even natural, beautiful color. But does not absorb too well, and eventually begins to smell like all the other home-tanning creams. The next time I use it, I will probably just make sure I wear dark colors and don't work out in the morning.
